I have a male yorkie that is about 15 weeks old. We have had him for 5 weeks and in that time we have come a long way! i dont think there would be any difference between a male and female... its individual to every dog. Buffalo does not mark at all. I would definatly say if you have the home, open it up to a little man... and good luck!
