In my opnion I do not feel there is anything wrong about advertising in a very prominant newspaper. You can still get very good buyers. Their are mostly extrmely well bred puppies that are on there.

yes my husband is navy, i had no idea this place was so, poor.. yikes. i fit right in then, lol no kidding. sometimes it feels that way tho, especially when it comes to gas! i plan on putting them in the Fresno Bee, see if that helps, and I have an add up in the Lemoore animal house. I'm not sure how to ship them really and my husband is weary about that, we'll see.
