This is very common, Nancy has it right. They don't always have to have some pulled, but a lot do. You can encourage chew toys and such and that will help more come out on their own before the spay. The more come out on their own the better!
Now, don't be surprised to see little bits of blood on toys like the loofa dogs or other toys, that freaked me out at first. That's all part of the teething process.
If teething bothers them, a frozen washcloth to chew on helps, and Gizmo loved to chew on ice. They also have some puppy teething toys you can freeze.
Yes, talk to your vet. It's best to have it done at the same time as the spay so she doesn't have to be put under anesthesia any more than necessary.
