My boys had a blast chasing a tree frog that we took out of my boyfriends pool! They were more afraid of it then going after it. They didnt know what to make of it. And my little Dexter when he was less than a year old, a friend put a small green leaper frog in front of him and he bit it and killed it in a second (I was horrified my 3lb baby killed a frog!!!) and he was fine! I wouldn't worry TOO much!  |
Yes, I think you are definitely right...it was a toad not a frog. And bigger dogs can hande it much better than little dogs. Gabby was 2 pounds so it was just too toxic for her poor little body.
Silly question...but how do you tell the difference between a toad and a frog ???
