There are times when family members mate their own dogs.
You have to go to the home and visit the family and pups, see the
parents then deceide.
A co worker has a new Yorkie who's friend mated her dog with her
mother's. The litter of 4 is beautiful. Pup checked out fine and the
parents have had no health problems. They are not breeder's per say
but that does not mean they can't have healthy pups. Mom is going
to be spayed. They wanted her to have 1 litter. All are AKC.
Make sure you see both parents and your not getting a mix.
If I couldn't see both parents I would walk.
