RAW would be my first choice, but mine have liver issues so I had to change back to home cooking.
When I did feed RAW, I feed it still alittle frozen. I let the NV medalion sit on the granite counter top for about 7 mns. just enough for me to slice it up into little bits. Mine seemed to like it better this way, they didn't care for it completely thawed out
But I swear by the raw Green Peppers (pureed and lots of them) mixed into the home cooked way - I don't know what it is about them, the smell or taste but it gets them to eat up
And I know its the peppers b/c if for some reason I don't put enough in the mix, my TJ sniffs it and walks away
