same as any international flight
you will need to notify your airline and they'll notify the cdn authorities that there is a dog coming into the country.
you'll need health certificate and $40ish because there will be an inspector checking the dog once it arrives in the country. but theres no quarenteen period. they just check the certiicate and the dog and you're good to go.
