The KEY here is to us a GOOD Professional type straightener, not a store bought "cheapie" AND to use protectant for your hair. We have had 3 CHI's in our home and wouldnt have a different one. They both use heat protectant sprays on their hair....

Good Luck!

THE CHI FLAT IRON IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!
MY DAUGHTER AND I USE IT EVERYDAY, AND WE BOTH HAVE OUR OWN!!
IS GOOD FOR ALL HAIR TYPES, IT'S YOUR HAIR, SO INVEST IN SOMETHING GOOD, ONE TIME!!
MY HAIR IS VERY FINE AND CURLY/WAVY, BUT I WEAR IT STRAIGHT!!
MY DAUGHTER HAS VERY CURLY HAIR AND SHE LOVES HER HAIR STRAIGHT!!
WE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT OUR CHI!!
I ALSO USE THE CHI KERATIN MIST AFTER WASH AND THE CHI SILK INFUSION AFTER IRONING!
THEIR ENTIRE HAIR LINE IS FABULOUS!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING ELSE!!
