What testing do you do for your dogs to make sure they are producing dogs that are going to be healthy. What kind of guarantee are you going to have with them? Since you aren't worried about breeding to champion dogs, I think you should be charging on the lower end of the price range and for pet quality only with a spay/neuter contract. JMHO.......
Yes I have had 1 litter and I would like to start breeding, I dont consider myself a breeder from 1 litter, but thats just my opinion... I would give them a health guarentee, if something happens within a short amount of time I would take the puppy back/refund the money of course, I wouldn't sell a sick puppy. Yes I know my female is too fat/tall whatever for other peoples taste, thats why I am on the search for a smaller female, I have posted an ad asking if theres any in my area available in a few weeks to a month. I would love to breed to champion dogs, BUT I do not have that kind of money (my husband's military), so therefor theres no way possible for me to, so its not on my top worries, if that makes sense. As long as they are happy and healthy I think that's just fine.
