I am sorry I did not see this earlier. How is Gracie now. Dogs don’t tend to get minor colds in the same way as humans so runny nose could mean some kind of respiratory or sinus infection which will need treated with antibiotics from your vet. You might want to call your vet and ask them if you should bring her in. It is possible that it could be allergies also.
