I use either Vo5 or ion. I like ion best because it smells wonderful on them. I do a hot oil treatment once a month in good months and every week during cold winter months. After the hot oil treatment, I put a good conditioner that I mix up useing three different types. I use # 1 All systems shampoo and conditioner too.
