Have you had her Bile Acids Tested before? This looks at how the liver functions. She may be refusing to eat b/c she doesn't feel well
This may be just a stretch though, but it's good to check anyway, a BAT is not really expensive $40 to $100 depending on where you live.
Next, I home cook and so does my Mom, we both have picky eaters and mine do have liver issues, BUT we add raw pureed Green Peppers to their food and WOW - what a difference, they eat NO PROBLEM
