I have a some questions. I guess like everybody else. LOL

How would you go about looking for a show hopeful puppy? Would you look at a site like the Onofrio site and see who the breeders were of those dogs listed? Would you look to someone on here? Would you be better off to get a young dog say a year or two old instead of a 3 mon. old puppy?

My daughter is interested in showing at some point and I am trying to study and learn as much as I can. We are going to an AKC show this weekend just to see what it is. It is here in our town and our 4H group is working it.
We are the pooper scoopers.

I really appreciate your feedback on this.
