Ok, so I have this little problem with Max. He is still just 3 months old and we have only had him for 2 weeks.. He loves being outside walking next to me. Also when we walk with his harnes on he is ok walk next to me sniffing stuff... BUT when I put the leash on to walk him with the harnes he turns on me. He either sits down and wont move or he goes down on all four and refuses to walk.. I have tried to lure him with goddies & treats.. Praising him when he walks ( maximum 10 steps and then he sits down again) but is does help..

Are we already having a powerstruggle? Can anyone suggest what I should do? I dont want to be pulling his little feet to blood because he hates his leash.. Any help would be appreciated.
