this is my yorkie's first heat and she has been having diarrhea and throwing up a lot, she doesn't eat and she sleeps a lot more than usual. I'm really not sure if it is just her heat or if she is getting sick.. Can someone please respond to me asap.. because i'm really worried... thanks
