Mojo started changing colors at about 4 months (his head was grayish..hehehe) Now my boy is like a teddy bear, has a really full coat and up to today i have not seen a dog harrier than he is..
Did you get to see Esme's parents? If you did, that gives you an idea of what she will look like as an adult (but keep in mind generations before her also will afect her appearance)
When Mojo was about 6 months i took him to the groomer's and they also cut around his eyes...but if you want to keep Esme's in the full standard coat the one thing you should trim is the ears, paws, belly and the "hygienic trim".
