This is true. Teacup is a term that unresponsible breeders use to hike up the price for a small yorkie who will usually come with health issues that will cost a lot of money in the future. What you should be looking for is a healthy yorkie from a reputable breeder. Any breeder who has teacup on their site, it not someone i would buy from.
