Thats an interesting question. I have always let Bell's hair grow on her face except for a few strands near her eyes that gets a little nasty. I have looked at the pictures in the books that I have on yorkies and it looks like the hair is all long. It also looks like they take it up in the top knot starting at the end of the nose. Any body out there have any insight!!
