well after the bump onthe head was taken crare of, anyabelle got sick again.

Sunday night Aynabelle woke me around 3:00am vomiting and with runny stool. she was sick and was dehydrating fast. the vomit was yellow and foamy and the feces was yellow and gloopy(detailed just n case any one elses' baby gets these symptoms). unfortunatley our vet was on vacation(our luck), so we took her to the on call vet.
After a blood test and a fecal sample(couldn't get any stool sample) the vet said her white blood was low indicating a virus. She gave us some Sucralfate for the vomiting and Albon for the virus she had along with several cc's of iv fluid injected under her skin and sent her home with strict no eating for 24 hours n lots a rest!!
We kept watch over her like hawks and even let her sleep in the bed(never do this!!) and a woke several times during the night for med's, potty, drink, ect.. Happy to say that this morning she is great! eating playing and her normal self. we still are keeping a close eye ad still giving med's. im' grateful she is okay!!
