lol I think Chloe was actually sleepy when I took the picture. She looks so adorable in this oufit and that picture just does not do it justice. You will just have to come visit me and see her in it
And Yes Sadie would look so cute in it! Bring Sadie over to see me, I think Penny misses her, lol
