You can "teach" bybrs and first time breeders until you are blue in the face. But after awhile, you just have to say "Im done" Evidentally, the first time breeder or bybr does not want advice and will never LISTEN to advice. So, they stay where they are with no improvements and poor quality Yorkies. IE: a Back Yard Breeder!!! But they do make the backs.
