Yes, the show is very sad, but usually the animals have a happy ending. I am so proud of the officers doing the job, it is something that I could not do, and goodness knows they probably are not appreicated the way they should be. Think of the horrible deaths these animals would suffer if not for the officers. I know they have to put some animals down after they rescue it, but at least it is humanely done and not just starving. I watch the show all the time and just admire the work they do. I can not believe what people will do and how negelected they let their animals get. These poor animals can not take care of themselves.
