Oh yes absolutly, I was even considering making an adoption application to find out back grounds and why people think a Yorkie would be great for them, I am terrified of them being passed around, thats why I tell myself, well maybe if they pay a lot they will be less likely to pass them around, but thats not always the case. I just see most charge at least $800 or more, so I figured that was the "norm"..
