That same exact thing happened to us! It lasted over three days. We thought it was because she ate some rabbit droppings at the park but the vet claimed it was due to teething. She stopped the day after we visited the vet and it hasn't happened since. She was not in pain and ate regularly and had the same level of energy. The only other thing we could think of is that we fed her a biscuit made by an all natural dog bakery...something in it could have triggered the drooling.
