have you tried offering something other than his regular food? A little cottage cheese, some plain yogurt, or a little boiled or grilled chicken. I would hand feed a little of the above foods and coax him and praise him for eating.

Pedialyte is a children's supplement to avoid dehydration when they are ill. I'd go with a little honey in the water or Karo syrup in the water. Nutri-Cal has a lot of sugar in it, but I don't find it sweet at all -- its pretty yucky really. The honey/syrup may be just what he needs to go for the liquids again.

How much does your little guy weigh?
