To buy from a 17 y/o...? uhhhhhm..I don't know, I think age has nothing to do with this, breeders on this site have many years of experience and I'm sure they still learn new things as they go.
It is a good thing wanting to breed the best ,to know what you really what so early in life ,and to be so passioned about dogs, as long as you do it for love, not for $.May I suggest you keep on doing your research for just a while longer before you jump into it?
