9 weeks old in these pictures (just taken today and yesterday).

How many inches tall should he be at 9 weeks? We were told he was 'teacup' (yes I know there is no teacup/mini/tiny). We don't know his weight yet as I am taking him to the vet in the next few days for his first checkup. I'm just wondering if he is of typical height/weight. I'll post the weight as soon as I get it. Thx :-)
