Seems like weak tracheas are fairly common in Yorkies. We have a 5 year old male with this condition but you only notice it occasionally when he's excited or has been playing hard, and then he may cough just a bit, like clearing his throat. I believe in most cases it isn't that severe and doesn't need medical intervention. I hope if that's Tila's problem that it's not serious. Make sure to use a harness and not a collar if you go for walks so no added pressure is on the throat.
