There was a thread similar to this a couple weeks ago and some of the breeders here said they've had bitches bleed slightly for a few weeks after whelping. Also, a brownish-red discharge could be a sign of a uterine infection so just watch to see if it stops within the next few weeks and of course keep an eye out for any other symptoms
