My angel has had a discharge since whelping her pups. She had retained 2 placentas but passed them both around 10:45 pm in the evening 12 hours after she had her last pup (10:06am on May 20th).

I noticed this evening the discharge was bright red in color and only enough to leave a smudge if you were to wipe her and or noted slightly on her hind legs after urinating. I had to the vet last week and she had no fever but she had mastitis. She is drinking plenty of water and still voiding as usual no more and no less, no changes in color of urine yellow. She has not had any further diarrhea.

I don't know whether to be worried about this or not.
