Barry Goldwater Jr. came to our home to visit. Ed Reinicke he was Lt. Governor to Ronald Reagan when he was the Governor in Calif. Our oldest daughter was very good friends with Ed's daughter, the girls use to go horse back riding together when ever they were in the valley.
Elizabeth Taylor was in the suite across from my room when I was in St.Johns Hospital 30 years ago, never got to meet her but the nurses kept me filled in on the comings and goings of lot of celebrities visiting her.

The memory of one person that takes priority in our meeting to both my husband and myself was being at the airport to welcome home Viet Nam POW David Rehman released from Viet Nam as a prisoner. He was a POW the same time as John McCain. We also spent some time at several gatherings with him.
