Has she been able to keep anything down today? Has she been drinking water?
To settle her tummy quickly, I'd even try giving her a soda cracker or two right away and see if she can keep a simple carb down. Start there. If you have any rice, cook some up and try that as well (or, canned potatoes). If she is still vomiting in the a.m. - go to the vet.
