I agree !! We've had 2 'incidents' here at my apartment but I was sooo lucky and the dogs were nice ...I feel bad saying that in this thread but so many times it can go just like what happened to Chewy's buddy. I hate hearing that
it can happen so fast
I'm SO SORRY for your friends little yorkie - we really are hearing this more and more and it's just so sad. I'm so sorry for your friends loss....
even in a harness - if a big dog charges things can happen in such a split second even a great harness may not save them. I wish ALL DOGS WERE ALWAYS ON A LEASH but we know that won't ever happen
