Do you have a sewing machine? You can even do it by hand. I really don't think the dog cares what it looks like!!
Personally, I just don't think having my underwear (even disguised as a dog toy) would be a very cool thing, especially when company comes over. LOL
Just tie an old sock (already worn) in a knot. It will probably LOVE it!!
If you really want a durable dog toy just take a regular stuffed dog toy, open up the seam a little, remove some stuffing and stuff a pair of your old underwear inside then stitch closed. Let me know if you try it how it works. This would also be much less embarrassing.
