My puppy, Sammy, (short for Samson) is 3 mths old and 2.5 lbs. I saw him on Kijiji and thought he was so cute. We've had 3 other dogs but have never had a small dog. We have an 8 yr old 80 lb lab/bloodhound who is the queen of the house. Her name is Esther. She's very hound-like, sleepy and laid back. My son just finished his 2nd yr at college and was pretty far away, so I was thinking of how I could use a "lovey" of some sort, besides my hubby. Hubby said he didn't think it was something he wanted to do. I said ok. I resigned myself to that for about a week and then my son and hubby plotted to get this little guy. My hubby played golf near the lady who had him and so he came home with little Sammy the day after mother's day. I have never been so shocked. He is a great little guy and has taken all of our hearts. It's so cute to see the guys with him. They talk in a little high voice and are so lovey with him. Ok, that's enough. I will figure out how to attach my jpg pic. BB is telling me it's too large. I've enjoyed this bb and all the great info. Thanks to all you great posters.
