It wont make it stop, but I did research for a paper on this and if you get scammed the ask that you contact the better business bureau, and you can also fill out a form on the FBI website for internet scams. These puppy scams were on their top list of internet scams last year. So if the person you know, didn't know what to do about it, you can tell them they can report it..
