Sorry to scare you but it tends to take closer to a year to get your yorkie potty trained. He is only three months so you do have a good ways to go. Make sure to clean the accidents up with a good cleaner (50/50 vinegar and water works for me) so there is no scent left behind. You have to be dilligent and keep him in your site at all times and when you see him looking like he is ready to go pick him up and take him to that pad and remind him that is where he has to go.
When they are as young as 3 months that is a lot to think that they will consistently go on the pad.
