I know exactly what you are going through. I had my Madeline spayed last Tuesday and she had to have one baby canine removed. She stayed overnight and I picked her up at 4 the next afternoon. They were worried about her because she wouldn't eat for them, although the surgery went well. I brought her home and put her on the floor at the front door. After greeting my other dogs, she raced to the food bowl! She was a bit quiet for another two days but by the 3rd day, was back to bossing everybody. She had laser surgery and has no external stitches to be removed. Hopefully, your baby bounces back just as well as Madeline. All the best!
