I am very sorry for whatever situation you are going through right now and I hope it turns out well in the end for you. I would like suggest that you insist on a spay/ neuter contract for these dogs since you are unaware of the bloodlines and stuff. You certainly don't want to foster the breeding of pups that may have genetically linked health problems from back in the bloodline and your price is more than fair for a lovely pet.
