OMG Judy! I am so sorry that that happened to you this weekend but I'm sure glad that your hubby was there to take care of you. Gosh that was sure lucky. And to top it off to have a husband that supports your artisitic talents and helps you to get the plates, etc that you were hunting for despite the circumstances....what a great guy!
So Sorry your ankle is broken but just think of all the extra time you can spend on your mosaics and so forth (trying to think of an upside for ya
) Poor little Gizmo, sounds like he is totally confused. I bet he will turn out to be quite the nurse and a big help taking care of you this Summer.
I will send lots of good energy your way this week for whatever procedure your doctor recommends. Hoping that you don't have to have surgery and that a cast will suffice. (fingers & toes are crossed)
BTW, you said you have the summer off....are you a teacher?
