Default visible blood vessels in the sclera

I have a 11 week old puppy who had conjunctivitis when I had gotten him from the breeder at 9 weeks. She had thought the eye drainage was from the nasal vaccine she had given him. ( A side effect of this was eye discharge) My vet gave me gentamicin 2 times a day for 10 days. The conjunctivitis was cleared up.
Now I have a noticed the sclera with the prominent blood vessels. He has what appears to be normal eye irritation from his hair around the eyes. I took him the vet friday and he is not concerned.I also noticed where his eye brows are there appeared to be 2-3 zits with little white heads. These were present above both eyes. I am not convinced yet. I am being overly cautious but if something was to develop it will. ( That is how my luck goes.) MURPHYS LAW
Does anyone have any idea should I be worried or look for anything?
