The Yorkshire Terrier Club requires breeders not to sell Yorkie puppies before they are 12 weeks old. If this breeder is letting the puppies go at only nine weeks old, you are not dealing with a reputable breeder. Only offering a 48 hour health guarantee is further proof of this.
