Some of you might remember, I posted a week or two ago about what to look for when we visited Thor at the breeder's. Thanks for all the great advice!
We brought him home today for a one week trial period, but if today is any indication, he is here to stay! He has been so delightful...very shy at first, but now he is my little shadow....he's actually in my lap now. No potty accidents (fingers crossed he can keep that up!), but he has not eaten anything either. I guess that is just nerves, and my hope is that tomorrow morning he will gobble up his breakfast. My 5 1/2 yr old daughter just LOVES him...while DH and I were hanging out in the backyard with Thor, she was inside planning a surprise welcome home party for him, complete with a Thor banner, a wrapped doggy toy, some lovely drawings and cards, and a piano performance.
