Hi all....
I am currently in a dilemma. Have been shopping for a house for a while...esp during the overpriced housing bubble. Finally things are easing price wise from the over inflated prices of a year ago or so. I have found a house in a pretty good price range but the bedrooms are kinda small. One bed room is 12x12...mmm ok. The next one is 9x9 and the third is 9x8....mmmmm kinda small good for a crib. The exterior is ok brick an stucco..ok size lot. But needs some tlc...kitchen cabinets etc.
I really want a yard for the 4 legged kiddies (we live in an apt now, but don't want to be foolish). I am just not in love with the house but am in love with the idea of home ownership.
So do I have any opinions out there...I filled out a contract but told my realtor to hold it till I call him and tell him to present the offer
