I need help! Right now my Roxy is excessively panting. She has plenty of fresh water and she just won't drink it. I even changed it a couple of times to see if she would and she just takes a few licks and that's it.
I need some advice or something. Is panting normal???
She curled up sleeping right now and her breathing is still fast. Should I be concerned?
