Im in UK, amongst other stuff like Haggis, offal etc.... i like black pudding, its made from pigs blood boiled up with fat cubes sometimes barley and put in a sausage skin, you can eat it fried hot or just cold its like a sort of meat. Different areas do different types, ie ireland does black and white pudding. |
