Definately feed them on a schedule, but let them nurse on mom as this will stimulate her milk production. I usually feed them 1 to 2 cc's every 3 hours, but check with your vet first for their proper amount. Make sure to watch their tummies so you can tell if they are getting full after tube feeding a few times you will know if you need to feed more or less each time. The vet can also give you something to help her produce more milk, however the whelping pudding and some watered down puppy milk usually helps mine start to produce better. As far as how much weight they should gain I wouldn't worry too much about as long as they are gaining your doing good, each puppy will gain at different rates. Great job on tube feeding by the way, you did the right thing! Those puppies needed to be supplimented if they are losing weight.
