I would feed them scheduled, but always let them nurse on Mom first. The more they nurse the more it stimulates her milk production. You might weigh them before and after they nurse and see how much they are getting. I know that there are also certain herbs you can give that are supposed to stimulate milk production. I can't remember for sure what they are. You might google it.
I am so sorry you are having to go through this, but glad you were able to tube them and had the right equipment. I am proud of you. I have never had to tube feed, but like you have all the supplies ready just in case and researched how to do it.
