Max chose me. I visited him twice and both times he ran to me and sat in my lap. I couldn't stop thinking about him the first time and went to pick him up 2 days later. Definately, think about how much energy and time you have for your pup. Maximus has high energy. If I don't walk him every day to wear him down, I have to play fetch and other exercises to keep him busy indoors. He's very active. My friend has a Maltipoo with low energy and does not require as much exercise as Max. She's more of a lap dog. So think about that.
