im not really sure what we eat down here that no one else will. everything is SO yummy
but i DO work with a girl from Mass. who now lives in Louisiana.. and she recently told me that she HATES gumbo and jambalaya!!

crawfish! thats something that MANY ppl wont eat if theyre not from around here.
but i dont think they realize how we season them and cook them.. if you want REAL crawfish, go to a REAL crawfish boil at someones house...... not at a restaurant.
